Adopt-a-Family this Holiday Season

Rochester, NY… Once again, Christmas comes to our city through the spirit and kindness of the people in our community. This year, you can support families who otherwise would not have a holiday through Catholic Family Center's Adopt-a-Family program.

In 2019, nearly 250 donors/adopters and dozens of schools and companies made dreams come true for nearly 1,000 people in our city. Clothing, Bikes, Books, Balls and Barbies were assembled one family at a time, and by the van load, for many families and individuals in need. It was an amazing outpouring of generosity by our Rochester community.

Answering a need that many of us are not aware of, special donations of food cards to help hungry kids and families create a special holiday meal together is also made possible through this program. And the popular “Gifts for the Forgotten” brings a little cheer to the men who will be residing in homeless shelters during the holidays.

Join us once again and make the holidays very merry for some of our most vulnerable families, including hundreds of children, who would welcome the spirit of good cheer and hope through your generosity.
