CCFCS Raises Base Wage for Frontline Residential Staff

Rochester, NY… – Come join our team! Catholic Charities Family and Community Services is pleased to announce an increase in the base wage for all frontline residential staff to $17.25 an hour.

The wage increase, which went into effect January 3, 2023, is for Direct Care Residential staff at Francis Center, Sanctuary House, Freedom House, Hannick Hall, Liberty Manor, Barrington House and Jones House as well as Direct Care staff in the Supportive Living Program. It follows the same increase in base wage that went into effect last October for CCFCS Direct Support staff in the agency’s 13 residences for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This elevation in pay impacts approximately 15% of CCFCS’ total number of employees and represents the agency’s commitment to workforce investment in 2023.
