YouthBuild is a national career and technical program run in Rochester by Catholic Charities Family and Community Services. We offer youth ages 18 to 24 hands-on construction training, leadership, and job placement. Since 2018, 130 youth have graduated from YouthBuild with certification in the construction trades. Last year, YouthBuild was awarded $2.4 million from the City of Rochester under the American Rescue Plan Act, making the move to a new and larger training site possible and ensuring this program will continue to thrive in the years to come.
